We had my daughter's wedding luncheon and reception at Brigham Academy Center. Monica and Brijie were wonderful to work with in coordinating our event. The space has a unique, classy, vintage vibe that was beautiful! It also accomodated our large party well! We were free to choose our own caterers and weren't restricted to a list of preferred vendors. The cost of the venue was well worth what we received. It included the use of decor in the decor closet, the fog bubble machine for the send off, and a kitchen stocked with chaffing dishes and pitchers. Parking was easy and abundant. Nadya, Natalia, Abby, and Rachael were responsive to our needs during the event, without being intrusive. We couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend this venue.

Brigham Academy for our wedding was the absolute best decision we made!!! Monica and Brijie were amazing at answering my questions every step of the way, touring the building, planning the layout and most importantly just being amazing humans who were just as excited for my day! 

The building is stunning and had everything you could think to need. You barely even need decorations with the historic beauty everywhere. I did the full bridal package and would 100% recommend.

The helpers day-of Porter, Hannah, then Nadya and Natalia were right there for anything I might have needed and went above and beyond. Thank you for making our special day unforgettable!!!

It was so beautiful! They had the tables and chair setup before we even got there!When I rearranged everything they took back what I didnt need and brought me what I did need! Nadya made sure we were taken care of and even made us feel so comfortable after my daughter’s party. There was confetti left from the piñata and they were so sweet with cleaning it up! Will definitely be returning!

We held my dad’s 70th birthday party here in the Lobby. It was the perfect venue! Monica and Brijie were amazing to work with to help us coordinate everything, especially as we live out of town. They were proactive and helpful in helping us plan out the space layout. They answered questions quickly and effectively. Their list of preferred vendors was quite helpful in assisting with catering and photography. The day of the event, all of the tables, linens and chairs were set up before we even came. Porter and Nadya assisted us on the day of the event and were wonderful to check in on us and respond to any needs we had. The space was lovely, warm, accessible, and just perfect for our needs. The price was beyond reasonable, especially for a six-hour time block! I would use this venue again and recommend it to anyone!!

We had a baby shower for my daughter in the Brigham room. It was perfect! It was so nice walking in to have a sign at the door and all the tables and linens ready to go. We put out center pieces to match our theme and it looked great!

We rented the “Lobby” for our event and everything was perfect. Staff (Monica and Briji) were very professional and took care of everything for us! The room was set up nicely and was kept clean by the staff. I am glad we chose to host our event here!

My husband and I held our wedding luncheon and reception here, and it was PERFECT! We wanted a larger space to accommodate all our friends and family, without breaking the bank. The Brigham Academy Center is a BEAUTIFUL venue, and their team is so kind and helpful to work with. Both Monica and Brijie went above and beyond to help answer questions, let us walk through multiple times, and assist with day-of things. The Grand Ballroom is a gorgeous room with large windows and beautiful architecture on the walls and the ceiling. The BAC team set up tables and chairs with linens for a small fee. making decorating for the event super easy! They have a closet full of decorations available to use for a very fair extra charge. We took advantage of that, and were not disappointed! The only issue we had is that the sound system was not as loud as we hoped for the dance party, but we easily fixed that by using the mic system. Thank you, BAC, for an awesome evening.

Where History Meets Celebration

Welcome to the Brigham Academy Center, a historic landmark with deep roots in Box Elder County. Built in 1903 by Christian and Peter Christensen, the Academy originally served as a gathering place for dance instruction and community events. Over the years, it has been home to a roller-skating rink, bowling alley, corporate offices, and American Sportswear. The building is also recognized as the birthplace of Ballet West. Today, the beautifully restored Academy continues its legacy as a place where people come together to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. 

The stunning wooden ballroom floors and several of the windows are original to the building's first construction. Carefully refinished over the years, the floors preserve the beauty of the space, while the warped glass found in the windows offer a unique glimpse into the Academy's rich history.
