Welcome to the Brigham Academy Center is in the heart of Brigham City and to the north of the LDS Brigham City Temple. The center offers an array of versatile event spaces to meet your unique needs. The Brigham Academy Center is open Monday – Sunday (additional charge for Sundays) from 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.  Our five distinctive rooms include:

Full Day Event Package – $3000

  • Package Includes:

    • Full-Day Venue Hire of the Rental Space at Brigham Academy for 12 hours
    • 10 elegant tablecloths
    • Collection of decorations including 3 backdrops and a variety of service dishes (pitchers, chafing dishes, water containers), Fog Bubble Machine for Send Off, Digital Audio Guestbook
    • Dedicated team to set up & take down your event
    • Full Photography Access Capture
    • Bridal & Groom’s Suite Luxurious private suites for your preparation and relaxation.
    • Complete freedom to choose any caterer that suits your taste. Enjoy unrestricted catering choices to perfectly match your palate and style.

    6 Hour Rental Price for Venue Only

    • Whole Building:  $1800 – Includes ballroom, lobby, and Brigham room
    • Grand Ballroom: $1200 – Our most grandiose space for up to 250 guests.
    • Lobby: $400 – A welcoming, versatile, and spacious area for up to 100 attendees.
    • Brigham Room: $300 – A charming and intimate Space for 75 attendees.
    • Lobby & Brigham Room – $700
  • Additional Hours With 6 Hour Rental are:
    • Whole Building – $300

Our largest and most grandiose space, capable of accommodating up to 250 guests.

A welcoming, versatile, and spacious area for events of up to 100 attendees.

Rental Policies:

Tentative Holds for Ground Floor:

The Lobby and/or Brigham Room may be placed on a tentative hold at any time, subject to availability. Tentative holds are not considered confirmed reservations and do not guarantee use of the space.

1. Priority for Full-Building Rentals

– To allow the Academy to book the facility for full-building events, no contracts or deposits will be accepted for the Lobby and/or Brigham Room more than 60 days prior to the requested event date.

2. Confirmation at 60 Days

– If the building has not been reserved in full by the 60-day mark, the Academy will begin issuing contracts and accepting deposits for Lobby and/or Brigham Room reservations.

– Once a contract is signed and deposit received, the reservation becomes confirmed and is no longer tentative.

3. Displacement

– Tentative holds placed more than 60 days in advance are subject to release if a full-building reservation request is received prior to contract execution.

Weekend Minimum Rental Duration:

To ensure proper staffing, setup, and turnover between events, the following weekend policy applies:

1. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, all rentals must be a minimum of six (6) consecutive hours.

2. No Hourly Rentals on Weekends

3. Weekday hourly rentals may still be available at the Academy’s discretion.
